Many people sense that something deeper is shaping their reactions, relationships, decisions, and emotional patterns, but struggle to understand what it is. This one-on-one Enneagram Typing Session is designed to bring clarity to those patterns. Together, we will identify your core Enneagram type and explore the fears, motivations, coping strategies, and emotional patterns influencing how you experience yourself and your life. The Enneagram gives language to patterns that can otherwise feel confusing or difficult to explain. As your type becomes clearer, you can begin to understand why certain struggles repeat, what tends to happen when you are under stress, and what healthier growth can look like for you. By the end of the session, you will leave with a grounded understanding of your Enneagram type, greater self-awareness, and practical insight you can begin applying to your life. What’s Included: • Identification of your core Enneagram type • Insight into emotional habits, blind spots, and stress patterns • Understanding of your core motivations and growth direction • Practical coaching guidance for applying what you learn How It Works: Before your session, you will complete a brief self-assessment and review all nine Enneagram types using a PDF I provide. You will then email me the two or three types that resonate most with you. This preparation allows our session to focus on exploring your patterns, clarifying your type, and helping you understand yourself more deeply. Prep materials are due at least three days before your scheduled session.
