Hi, I’m Rachel.
I help people understand themselves more deeply and come home to who they are.
For more than a decade, I’ve studied personality, identity, healing, and personal growth because I’ve seen how powerful it is when people finally have language for what has been happening inside them.
Through the Enneagram, Objective Personality, coaching, and the wider conversations inside Typology Corner, I help people recognize the patterns shaping their lives, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence.
HOW I APPROACH TYPOLOGY
Type is a tool for understanding, not a box to live inside.
Personality systems are most useful when they give you language for patterns you are already experiencing and help you see yourself more clearly. They should not become another set of rules you have to perform or another identity you have to squeeze yourself into.
That is why I use typology as a starting point, not an ending point. The Enneagram can reveal the motivations and emotional patterns underneath your behavior. Objective Personality can help you understand how your mind processes information and makes decisions. Coaching helps bring those insights into the real situations, relationships, choices, and transitions you are navigating.
The goal is not to become more like your type.
It is to become more yourself.
WHY THIS WORK MATTERS TO ME
I know what it feels like to lose touch with your own voice.
Understanding yourself can be part of finding your way back.
For years, I was trying to understand myself through expectations, roles, and ideas about who I was supposed to be. Typology became meaningful to me because it gave me language for patterns I could feel but had not always known how to name.
Over time, this work became about much more than identifying a type. It became part of learning to trust myself, understand how I naturally process life, recognize the patterns that were no longer serving me, and make choices from a more honest place.
That is the heart behind Typology Corner. I want this to be a place where insight leads to freedom, where self-understanding becomes practical, and where you can come home to who you are instead of performing who you think you should be.
Self-understanding should bring you closer to yourself, not farther away.

For more than a decade, I’ve studied personality, identity, healing, and personal growth. I’m a Certified Enneagram Life Coach, and my work also draws from years of studying the Enneagram, Objective Personality, MBTI, and the wider world of typology.
What matters most to me is not collecting systems or giving people more labels. It is learning how to use these tools well enough to help someone recognize what is happening beneath the surface, understand themselves with greater honesty, and make choices that actually fit who they are.
